Visit to The Huber Manufacturing Co. Machinery Museum

In December 2012 on a trip out to the Midwest to make deliveries and pick-ups, Doug & Tony found time to stop at The Huber Manufacturing Co. Machinery Museum in Marion, Ohio. On display in the museum is a 12 foot long wooden single plank sign that came from one of the original Huber Manufacturing Co. buildings prior to 1870. The sign had hung on display in the showroom of Doug Schmitt Antiques for many years before the museum acquired it. Before the time of acquisition, the museum had not even known the sign existed. Doug had originally purchased the sign at an antiques show in upstate New York in the early 1990's.
