Riding the Blue Ridge Parkway

We decided to take a break during an antique furniture pick-up trip to southwestern Virginia in early July and do something we have wanted to do for a long time..."Ride the Blue Ridge Parkway!"  We cranked up our bikes and jumped on the parkway near Natural Bridge, Virginia and rode about 150 miles south to the historic Mabry Mill. The parkway was the best and most scenic road we have ever ridden. It is filled with innumerable overlooks and windy turns. Someday we'll have to go back and ride the remaining 300 miles.
