31″ wide x 13 1/2″ deep x 47″ tall
Circa 1930
Made by American Cabinet Co., Two Rivers,
Wisconsin
Original Paint in good
condition with the exception of a few chips of paint here and there.
Window and Door stencils are
in great shape.
Hidden functional locking mechanism
All original milk glass inserts in great
condition except for one that is chipped on the back side.
All original medicine bottles in great shape.
Very difficult to find a complete set.
Two different dollhouse
models were made. One with a gabled roof top and one with a flat roof.
This one is the more rare
model.
